While not every project needs a land surveyor, every project requires a land survey. These detailed studies show a footprint of the existing property and must be provided to our team before a design can be drawn. If you do not own a copy of your property’s survey, you must contact a certified land surveyor to complete one.

Pool Construction Project Manager
You will be assigned a dedicated Aqua Blue Pools project manager, whom you will meet on-site at your pre-construction meeting. This reliable partner is your liaison throughout the build of your custom pool, supervising our teams through all the various stages of your construction project. As your point of contact, your project manager will collaborate with our construction crews and subcontractors to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations, the project manager plays a crucial role in transforming the designer’s and client’s vision into a functional reality. Construction Scheduler
The construction scheduler plays an important role during the construction phase of your pool build project. This team member is responsible for working closely with you, your pool construction project manager, subcontractors, vendors and others to create and manage your project’s schedule. You will receive scheduling updates ahead of your project starting, all the way through each phase, to your project’s completion and start-up.

As the backbone of the building process, our skilled installation team carefully brings all the pieces together. From project start to finish and hardscaping, this crew possesses the expertise to navigate pools of all shapes and sizes.
