Most of the heated residential pools installed by Aqua Blue Pools use Pentair® Master Temp Heat Pumps and one thing to keep in mind is that they will efficiently heat the pool when the outdoor temperature is 55 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
Heat pumps will not work below the 55 degree mark but you can inquire about other pool heating methods that can extend your pool’s heating capacity.
Outdoor Spas
Spas are perfect for those cool Mount Pleasant fall evenings outdoors. Although these are heated year-round, there’s something special about dipping into the soothing warm water on a brisk evening. Spas are heated by gas rather than heat pumps, which allows them to warm up even faster. Relaxation is just moments away!

You may not like the idea of swimming in the dark, and with the sun setting earlier, this presents a real problem. We have good news for you – installing pool fire features is a beautiful and effective method for getting around this issue! Not to mention it provides outdoor ambiance.
